This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team as a Senior Analyst supporting Qatar FMS Sustainment programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. As a key member of the Qatar Finance team, the selected individual will perform detailed financial analysis to help define and understand the monthly variances to budget and drive accuracy and predictability in quarterly EAC positions. This position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leads to support the large TA and PMO staff operating in Qatar through the RAYSEAS subsidiary.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected in Tewksbury, MA and relocation assistance is not being offered.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct monthly financial cost reconciliations and analyze contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon parameters

  • Process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and support the Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) process using standardized financial tools

  • Complete quarterly EAC’s, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in-country operations

  • Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs

  • Manage all IOTs and revise as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and minimum of 2 years of related work experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and/or PowerPoint

  • Experienced user of SAP or similar system

  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines

  • Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified 

  • Experience executing Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
