Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial OTC Billing Analyst to join our Enterprise Service OTC team. This role will support the order-to-cash – Billing process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer Billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in learning finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders/billing documents in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Generate and distribute customer invoices for correctness, ensuring alignment as per the guidelines.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding Finance/customer queries and transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or orders.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from international entities to resolve queries, customer issues and ensure smooth Invoice processing.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications with customers and adhere to KPI Metrics.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders.
Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the OTC - Billing process.
Perform other duties as assigned by the OTC manager.
Particate end-to-end process transition by assisting in knowledge transfer, documentation of SOPs, and ensuring smooth handover with minimal operational impact from International Team.
Qualifications:
Min 3 to 5 years for experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration. (Only Finance Graduates)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
Prior experience of working in a Shared Service / GCC Environment is must.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
