About you
As a Financial Analyst for one of Los Angeles' top Multifamily brokerage teams, you will play an integral part in transactions from beginning to end. In this role, you will...
• You will optimize client’s real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• You will design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
• You are passionate about providing exception service to you clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence lease/ purchase decisions.
• You will track all key escrow dates and expiration periods, insuring all necessary documentation and information is submitted to escrow within the specified time frames, proactively managing a pipeline of escrow files from start to finish.
• You will gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing/ commission agreements, leases and sales agreements.
• You will be responsible for inputting and updating all information for seller, buyer, closing price, closing date, other property details into the database
• You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP’s and new business pitches.
• You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.
What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
• 1-3 years' experience in Commercial real estate, capital markets or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis
• Ability to marshal resources - (people, funding, material and support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
