THE JOB:
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the FP&A team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance and working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on various projects. This role provides ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support FP&A leadership in the property‑level budgeting process in partnership with the Corporate FP&A team. This position is based on‑property, as the Financial Analyst’s work spans across multiple functional areas. You will effectively support a cross‑functional team, partner with both property‑ and corporate‑level counterparts, and present clear analyses and recommendations to senior executives at both levels.
THE SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Hours may be adjusted to support business needs.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaborates with Manager Planning & Analysis in identifying and executing on analysis opportunities within the property
Assists in planning and budgeting activities at property fostering strong partnership with Corporate Finance
Leverages emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance analytical capabilities, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency in financial reporting.
Contributes to financial management of Property by providing insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management
Collaborates in data and analytics innovation
Partners with Enterprise Analytics to assist Property team in action planning on insights, tracking of progress and achievement of goals
Creates ad‐hoc reporting, analyzes and make recommendations regarding analysis to senior Planning and Analysis team members
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year of prior relevant experience.
Previous casino or hospitality experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle Smart View and SQL (preferred)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$58,800.00 - $78,400.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
