Job Description

Position Overview: 

Are you ready to take on exciting projects and make a real difference? We're looking for talented interns to join our Finance team. You'll have the opportunity to develop analytical models, support financial operations, and assist in strategic financial planning. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and play a key role in driving our financial success. Responsibilities: 

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying key insights to support business decisions. 

2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track financial performance. 

3. Data Modeling & Excel Analysis: Help build financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and create reports using Excel and other financial tools. 

4. Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and financial benchmarks to inform strategic initiatives. 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance team members and other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support financial planning and decision-making. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

1. Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Rising seniors preferred. Expected graduation in May 2026.

2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide insights. 

3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, financial modeling, and an interest in learning financial systems.  

4. Attention to Detail: Ability to work with large data sets and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis. 

5. Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively.
