We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Finance Compensation Analysis Team. This role will serve as a key link between Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis, helping evaluate compensation solutions, assess the financial impact of proposed changes, and support the implementation of a new compensation system, including modeling new compensation plans and recreating reports using the new system’s reporting tools.
What You’ll Do:
Interact with Sales data (coming from mainframe sources and directly from Operations teams), Payroll data, HRIS data, Finance data (using Smartview to query), as well as our own centralized data lake to support compensation analysis during the transition to a new compensation system.
Use appropriate tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare analyses that help executive management evaluate compensation solutions and determine the best fit for ACE.
Model new compensation plans in the new compensation system and evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes.
Use the new system’s reporting tool to recreate and maintain recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reports.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership teams.
Develop ad hoc analyses and insights as needed.
Provide support to other Finance functions as needed.
Identify opportunities to create, improve, and streamline processes as part of the transition to the new compensation system.
Be a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Need:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
To thrive in this role, you should have 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, product management, and/or accounting.
Strong presentation skills are required, including the ability to communicate complex topics to large groups and executive audiences.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience with a large ERP system is preferred; Oracle experience is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Access is a strong plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$92,600.00 - $123,600.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
