Support the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis of the company’s Enterprise Technology, and Customer Engagement functions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.Primary Duties:
- Support the group on strategic initiatives by providing accurate and insightful data and analytics, including ROI analysis on existing key IT functionality and future investment requests.
- Maintain support for amortization of prepaid assets and software as a service, and track capital spend against project budgets.
- Assist with the period, quarter, and year-end closing activities, including preparation of period-end reporting packages.
- Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting systems, tools, and processes to optimize efficacy and efficiency.
- Partner with the team to develop and implement new procedures and features to enhance and simplify financial reporting.
- Performs duties consistent with the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree plus five or more years of experience in finance or related role.
- Experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Highly analytical with the ability to effectively present data and the underlying story to management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
