Job Title: Operations Finance Analyst
Location: Tewksbury, MA (on-site)
Division/Business Unit: Laboratory Products Group -> Laboratory Chemicals Division -> Wardhill, MA
How You Will Make an Impact:
As a key member of the LCD Operation Finance team, you will partner closely with cross- functional teams to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and strategic decision making at both the Wardhill production site and division level. You will deliver clear financial insights that guide actions in production, supply chain, and continuous improvement, while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, business-minded finance professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on manufacturing performance and profitability.
What You Will Do:
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for LCD division business reviews with clear visuals and commentary
- Own division monthly business reviews process and slide deck for operations and finance
- Contribute to annual budgeting: scenario modeling and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with operations to build data-driven narratives and forward-looking alignment at both the site and division level
- Steward inventory: monitor excess & obsolete, audit cycle counts
- Deliver concise COGS variance analysis and interpretation (vs. budget, forecast, prior year)
- Collaborate across functions(operations & supply chain) to standardize, enhance, and automate reporting across the division.
- Prepare headcount, labor utilization, overtime reporting, and cost center reporting for site and division.
- Validate productivity savings (including labor efficiency) and Sourcing savings.
- Lead ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to guide business decisions
- Continuously seek and implement process improvements
- Own CAPEX reporting for site and division.
- Act as backup to the Site Finance Lead when needed
How you will get here:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
Experience
3+ years of relevant finance experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Prior experience in FP&A or Controlling, experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced setting
Advanced Excel skills and PowerBi knowledge required
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management(HFM) is preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong team building skills and ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through PPi.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
