As a Financial Analyst Technology Business Partner (FinOps), you will serve as the strategic bridge between technology and finance, partnering with global teams to govern cloud spend, manage monthly closes, unearth cost-optimization opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights directly to executive leadership.
What you’ll do
Support month end close, forecasting, and reporting processes relating to cloud, leveraging a range of tools including Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker Studio, and BigQuery SQL.
Conduct adhoc analysis and reporting to support business unit leadership.
Analyze cloud cost and seek and identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization.
Mature FinOps processes to help evolve organizational maturity around managing cloud cost spend.
What experience you need
2+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including proficiency with INDEX/MATCH formulas and IF/AND/OR logic.
1+ years of experience with financial systems such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, SAP, Workday.
1+ years of knowledge in US GAAP principles (accrual-based accounting, cost amortization, expense recognition, and double-entry accounting)
English proficiency at the B2 level or above.
