About the Job:
The Financial Analyst’s primary role is to assist the Sr Analyst and Sr. Director of FP&A in preparing the financial reporting of the organization and analyzing past and present financial data.
This position reports to the Director of FP&A and will work onsite in our Irving, TX HQ a minimum of 3 days/week, with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days/week . This individual will ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, department level reporting packages, variable compensation reporting, and ad-hoc modeling projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Recurring Monthly Tasks:
- Prepare and publish monthly sales bookings reports after reconciling with Sales operations/leadership
- Prepare monthly MRR/ARR reporting and review internally with CFO Org leadership
- Prepare monthly Revenue Flash report for Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- Update the annual recurring revenue bridge segment of the monthly reporting package from data consolidated by the Accounting team
- Update various departmental Monthly Variance to Plan (MVP) reports and distribute to leadership accordingly
- Prepare and distribute variable compensation reports for Sales, Customer Success Managers, and other personnel
- Assist the Sr Analyst with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for board of directors and lenders in a timely fashion to ensure contracted delivery deadlines are met
- Assist the Sr Analyst and Director of FP&A with ad-hoc requests as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables, lookup functions, and other data analysis tools
- Experience working within a SaaS org
- Strong analytical and observational skills with ability to efficiently and accurately focus on a specific task or number of tasks
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, striving for continuous improvement
- Assertive, Responsible, disciplined, and accountable. Makes and meets commitments, leads by example, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting chart of account detail and/or ERP reporting packages
