The Financial Analyst will join the FP&A team supporting the Wealth Management business within the GTO Segment of Broadridge. This position will work closely with the finance team and key business leaders in managing, forecasting and delivering financial results that meet and are aligned with business requirements.
The successful candidate will need to provide advanced level of financial guidance and validates key assumptions, model outcomes, conclusions, risks, opportunities and recommendations to finance and business executives. Additionally, high level of systems proficiency using financial systems such as Oracle Financials, Anaplan, IBM TM1 or equivalent, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications is required.
This is a highly visible position requiring a solid understanding of the business and its key drivers along with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial documents within the Oracle general ledger environment, including:
Headcount and Labor analysis
Expense monitoring
Conversion tracking and forecasting
Assist with efforts of using data-driven business insights using data visualization software (Power BI)
Leverage existing schedules to ensure proper time sheet booking in Metis
Create management reports for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results and prepare commentaries for senior management
Support the development of annual operating plans, monthly forecasts and long-term strategic plans
Proactively identify and drive improvement opportunities for the Finance organization and work closely with the larger finance organization to ensure improvement opportunities are implemented effectively and timely
Develop and build strong partnerships with key points of contacts
Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas with BU Finance teams, as well as Corporate FP&A and Financial Reporting

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent experience required
1-3+ years financial analysis experience required
Communicate effectively and concisely in English, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment when faced with unstructured situations.
Self-starter who can work in a fast paced, quickly changing, and high-pressure environment with minimal direct supervision
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management
Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint,
Data science and visualization tools (Power BI) would be nice to have
