About the role:
As a Financial Analyst and Planning, you’ll play a key role in active participation in all tasks and processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting and Financial Analysis. You will prepare management presentations for planning, reviews and analyze trends in key performance indicators across P&L, balance sheet, and headcount.
What you'll do:
You will collaborate with EMEA FP&A team members.
Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variance.
Manage the development of budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools.
Support business unit managers with data and reports.
Prepare financial metrics and analysis for management reviews.
Consolidate and prepare monthly management reports.
Assist in preparing senior management presentations for regular reviews.
Meet reporting deadlines according to the finance calendar.
What we're kindly looking for:
Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2-3 years of experience in finance or FP&A role in an international company.
Fluent in English and Turkish
Nice to have: Experience in Auditing
