About the role:

What you'll do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performance
Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth
Business Partnership & Collaboration
Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives
Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy
Planning & Process Ownership
Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities
Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization
Audit & Compliance
Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial
Working Conditions:
Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
