What You Will Do
As a Financial Analyst at Netsmart, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will:

  • Compile and analyze financial data for a specific business segment

  • Develop revenue and expense forecasts, financial models, and performance reports

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy

  • Identify trends and insights in the competitive landscape to inform business strategy

  • Assist with financial forecasting and internal account reconciliations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and leadership

Who You Are
We are looking for early-career professionals who are eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative environment. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent grads welcome)

  • Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis, ideally in healthcare or software

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and business writing skills

  • Compile and analyze financial information for a business segment

  • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments

  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
