Job Description:
This is a temporary contract role, 40 hrs/week, not to exceed 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with completing the Annual Budgeting process and preparing financial reports and analysis for the next fiscal year
- Preparing budget comparison to prior year and to forecast
- Tracking Capital Investment costs, drafting reports and loading actuals into Adaptive Planning System for Variance comparison to Budget and Forecast
- Maintaining, rolling over to next reporting period and drafting various Month end and Quarter end Reporting decks i.e. i.e. Quarterly Business Review
- Preparing Month end close calendar and checklist
- Preparing ad-hoc reports and journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Automating/cleaning up current files on as needed basis

- Pursuing a post-secondary education in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
