Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst / CAM Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Sunnyvale, CA in support of the Columbia Dreadnought Launcher Production (CDLP) Program and other Launcher Programs.

What You'll get to Do:

The Manufacturing Financial Analyst / CAM Analyst oversees and manages the financial and operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between manufacturing and other functional organizations such as program management, quality and supply chain. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers. Serve as a key point of contact within operations for the program’s financials and analytical support.

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Track and manage the costs and performance of the program.

  • Be responsible for the compliance to all financial tracking processes such as formal and informal EVMS systems.

  • Support program proposal development by gathering and organizing data and preparing cost estimates.

  • Identifying / managing issues and risks in a timely manner.

  • Support internal and external customer meetings and IPTs.

  • Support review sessions with project teams to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance.

  • Ability to multi task and balance multiple projects simultaneously. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; Master's Degree with 3 years of experience.

  • Experience creating and briefing executive level presentations.

  • Experience with budget management, cost and schedule performance, and financial data analysis.

  • Experience using advance Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and analyzing large data sets).

  • US citizenship is required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current CAM/EVMS experience within the Navy /US Government sector.

  • Advanced Excel and data trend analysis experience.

  • Ability to manage Microsoft Project schedules.

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
