Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Own APAC Facilities financial planning and analysis, working with regional teams to consolidate, forecast, and review project spend, headcount, depreciation, allocations, and operating expenses
- Lead monthly forecasts and quarterly close activities, including project spend tracking, expense reconciliation, accrual reviews, balance sheet analysis, and variance explanations
- Develop and improve monthly and quarterly management reporting to increase business visibility, accountability, and decision support
- Improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, data quality, and financial controls while building scalable finance best practices
- Serve as a trusted finance partner by turning financial data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analysis, projects, business cases, financial systems adoption, and process improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree with related work experience of 2 years
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; SAP, Workday, or similar systems experience a plus
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex deliverables independently
- Able to work through ambiguity, balance priorities, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills across functions, levels, and geographies, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to finance and non-finance audiences
- Strong attention to detail, solving problems independently and proactively
- Collaborative team player with high integrity, strong ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset
