As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, with a strong focus on consolidating results across multiple subsidiaries. In this role you will:
- Ensure the accurate and compliant application of IFRS accounting standards across all financial reporting activities.
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Develop detailed analyses and reconciliations to support financial results and key variances.
- Partner on cross-functional and international initiatives, supporting finance teams across global entities.

What we're looking for:
- CPA designation completed or in progress.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in IFRS standards and financial consolidation principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written), with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and curiosity to navigate complex ERP systems.

Ce que nous recherchons:
- Titre CPA complété ou en cours d’obtention;
- 2 + ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire;
- Maîtrise des normes IFRS et des principes de consolidation financière;
- Capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une grande attention aux détails;
- Très organisé·e, adaptable et capable de gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement dynamique;
- Bilinguisme français et anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), avec une approche proactive, orientée solutions et une curiosité pour évoluer dans des systèmes ERP complexes.
