This position requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data while collaborating with broader finance and audit teams.

What You’ll Do

1. Review and interpret financial activity within the ERP system and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on established policies while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Prepare accruals, complete assigned reconciliations, and analyze account activity to identify variances. Apply accounting concepts to determine whether balances appear reasonable and flag items needing further investigation.

4. Load monthly results into consolidation tools, review for accuracy, and research routine discrepancies. Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate complex or cross functional matters.

5. Prepare supporting schedules, contribute to monthly financial statement packages, and perform basic variance analysis to highlight unusual trends or activity for review by more senior analysts.

6. Prepare audit ready workpapers, gather supporting documentation, and explain accounting treatments within the scope of established policies. Use judgment to determine appropriate support and escalate questions as needed.
