Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This position will partner closely with leaders in Advisory Services and the R&D function. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate financial plans, headcount and expense management / analysis, variance explanation, dynamic financial modeling, process improvement, cost optimization, and driving efficiencies. 

What You Will Do

  • Manage processes around headcount, vendor-level spending, third-party hosting, and other expenses to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • Maintain a working understanding of the Advisory Services business model (ACV, revenue, utilization, capacity planning, etc.)
  • Build and maintain financial models, reports, variance analysis, and communication materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to support cost optimization and business transformation initiatives
  • Support in managing business partnering cadence, coordinating month-end processes, and driving projects (e.g., process improvements, business intelligence, documentation, etc.) across the finance function

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Planning ideally for a SaaS business, experience with headcount management, revenue and expense planning
  • Ability to independently drive process and/or projects with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; able to build and enhance complex financial models within MS Excel
  • Experience with financial planning systems and reporting cubes (Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, SAP a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize detailed information into succinct and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to achieve results and create organizational alignment
  • Self-motivated, deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude, able to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $78,000 to $113,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional  compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
