As a Financial Analysis Vice President in Home Lending PXT, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for key home lending products. You will be responsible for month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and presenting financial insights to senior leaders. Additionally, you will manage and lead a team of two direct reports. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage month-end financial reporting processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, business management, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
  • High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
  • Experience in finance industry
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
