Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Financial Analysis Manager to join our Fleet Strategy team. In this role, you will help drive critical fleet investment decisions across North America by evaluating vehicle acquisition opportunities, optimizing lifecycle profitability, and supporting the evolution of AI-enabled fleet planning. Your analysis will directly influence how SIXT acquires, manages, and maximizes the value of one of the industry's most dynamic vehicle fleets.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You lead the financial analysis behind vehicle acquisition decisions, evaluating purchase economics, lifecycle profitability, fleet holding costs, and overall investment performance.
  • You develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term fleet plans by vehicle category, model year, and region, ensuring acquisition and defleet strategies are aligned to maximize total lifecycle value.
  • You assess OEM purchase opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations on buy, hold, and defleet decisions based on profitability, fleet demand, residual values, and market conditions.
  • You analyze fleet holding costs, lifecycle margins, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • You partner with Fleet Development, Revenue Management, and Technology teams to embed financial logic into AI-powered planning and optimization tools that support smarter, faster decision-making.
  • You provide Regional Fleet Strategists and senior leadership with accurate financial forecasts, planning assumptions, and strategic insights that guide fleet investment decisions across the U.S. and Canada.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or another highly quantitative environment.
  • Financial & Analytical Expertise – Strong financial modeling skills, including lifecycle value analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, investment evaluation, and business case development.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that influence acquisition, fleet planning, and profitability decisions.
  • Technology & AI Mindset – Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Experience with SQL, Python, or analytical tools is a plus.
  • Communication & Influence – Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ownership & Execution – Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality analysis and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field

  • 4+ years experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or other quantitative environment
