Responsibilities
- Support the Finance team throughout the duration of deployment projects (e.g. data migration to OneStream)
- Manage forecasting activities to facilitate and improve budgetary decisions
- Identify and analyze potential financial risks
- Conduct financial reporting to maximize profitability in a sustainable manner
- Optimize and develop cross-functional processes
- Participate in the improvement and automation of existing dashboards (e.g. margin deployment report)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new, relevant KPIs
- Help the implementation of our new global ERP (SAP)
- Currently final year of bachelor’s or master’s program with a specialization in Finance, Management Control or Audit
- Be available to start from the beginning of 2025 for a fulltime internship for a duration of 4 or 6 months
- Full fluency in English, Japanese would be beneficial
- Any knowledge of ERP would be a strong plus
- Strong command of Excel
- Dynamic and rigorous with a drive to innovate and solve technical problems
- An enjoyment of diversity and working in cross-cultural environments
