Package Structure
Successful candidates will receive a basic salary for the initial support period during the first few months of employment. Thereafter, the role will transition to a commission-only structure.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prospecting for new clients and generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients
- Assisting clients with financial planning discussions and recommendations
- Developing and presenting suitable financial planning solutions and alternatives
- Taking a holistic approach to client financial needs and long-term objectives
- Gathering relevant financial data from clients
- Assisting clients in defining financial goals and priorities
- Analysing and evaluating client financial information
- Supporting the implementation of financial planning recommendations
- Monitoring financial planning solutions and client portfolios on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining professional standards, compliance requirements, and ethical advisory practices

Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant financial planning, financial services, commerce, business, or related qualification
- Successfully completed Class of Business exam, or willingness to complete where applicable
- Successfully completed RE5 exam, or willingness to complete where applicable
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)® qualification or equivalent full qualification at NQF Level 6 would be advantageous
- FSCA registration as a full representative would be advantageous for experienced candidates
- Previous experience rendering financial advice and intermediary services would be beneficial
- Recent graduates with the right attitude, drive, and interest in financial advisory will also be considered
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage professionally with clients
- High level of initiative, self-discipline, and entrepreneurial ability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal performance
- Own reliable transport and cellphone are required
