What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of growing and managing a financial advisory portfolio while helping members achieve their financial goals.
Day to day, you’ll:
• Build strong relationships with members and recommend tailored financial solutions
• Generate new business through proactive outreach and partnerships
• Ensure compliance while using tools to manage portfolios and track activity
Beyond that, you’ll collaborate across teams and continuously improve the member experience.
What you bring
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with strong financial expertise and a passion for helping people.
Required Experience:
• 3–5 years of financial services sales experience with proven performance
Required Skills:
• Ability to deliver tailored financial plans based on member goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relationship-building across all levels
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organization
Education/Certifications:
• Series 63, 65 or 66
• Series 7 within 90 days
• Life/Health license within 90 days
You should also be comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
