We combine advisers, coaches and technology to understand your situation and recommend the right steps for your savings, investments, pensions and more. Then, we make it easy to invest in a custom portfolio, managed by experts.

The role and opportunity

Do you want to grow something of your own — while being fully supported by a brand, team, and proposition you can believe in? Please read on! 

You will:

  • Spend at least 50% of your time building your client bank, through personal and professional connections, events, networking, and introducer relationships
  • Work closely with our in-house partnerships team to establish and grow referral channels
  • Deliver holistic, high-quality financial planning across accumulation, retirement, and later-life stages
  • Use cashflow modelling and our in-house platform to build and maintain great client outcomes
  • Be part of a team that is shaping the future of advice delivery at Octopus

About you
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning/advice
  • CII Advanced Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in cashflow modelling
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable developing new business opportunities
  • Motivated by purpose, not pressure
  • Excited to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven team
In return for your contribution we offer a salary of £70,000–£95,000 (DOE) Bonus OTE of circa 50% of salary

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.

Work from anywhere
We give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. NB - Due to compliance regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.
