About the Role:West End Express, a subsidiary of Cargomatic, is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to support our driver payroll audit process and ensure accurate billing documentation. This role is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that payments to drivers are processed efficiently while maintaining compliance with billing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit driver payroll for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to collect missing billing documentation.
- Review and verify billing details to ensure proper documentation is submitted.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to payroll and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, communications, and resolutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and billing operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with drivers and other stakeholders.
- Experience in payroll auditing, billing, finance, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage drivers professionally and persistently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, or other financial tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking is preferred but not required.
