As a Financial Accountant at Albert Bartlett, you will handle the preparation of monthly financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support the month-end and year-end close processes. Your expertise will help drive informed decision-making and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.
What You'll Do:- Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Assist with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
- Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors as necessary

Requirements
- Min. Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Financial Accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
