- Preparation and reporting of monthly Management Accounts to US Corporate within strict reporting deadlines
- Group Reporting schedules, monthly and quarterly
- Account Reconciliation for Corporate Reporting (ARCS)
- Monthly Business Review pack preparation
- Preparation, upload and reconciliation of monthly Forecast
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of the Annual Budget including handling of US Reporting and reconciliation
- Maintain Chart of Accounts and General Ledger
- Handling of Annual Statutory Audit and Internal Audit
- Handling Group Taxation reporting, and control of local VAT and Corporation Tax
- Operational margin analysis
- Manage Corporate approval for Capital Spending and reporting
- Select Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
- Experience in SAGE 1000 or an Integrated ERP system is a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle HFM / FCCS is advantageous but not essential
