Job Overview

Treasury Service Associates are responsible for all money movement activities for debit and credit returns, buyer refunds, and prenote testing on behalf of our buyer and supplier customers. The associate works closely with our Services Associates, Money Movement Associates, and the Reconciliation team to ensure amounts and timing match expectations and take corrective action when they do not. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing, meeting multiple deadlines and service level agreements. The associate fosters and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of all daily money movement actives for debit and credit returns
  • Assist with all new initiatives that will impact Treasury Services.
  • Work closely with Treasury's Business Process Analyst for Treasury initiatives
  • Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance
  • Work with Team Lead to prioritize suggested changes to impacted processes
  • Assist with internal teams with Partner, Buyer and Supplier education.
  • Consistently demonstrate Avid core values, setting an example for your team and others to follow.


Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Efficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet all deadlines
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to research, organize and prioritize work
  • with limited guidance
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Minimum of 5 years banking, trust or payment services experience. Could include
  • Finance or Accounting.
  • Customer service experience, initiating communication with internal customers
  • Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes
  • Experience initiating payments in an online banking portal or Treasury
  • Management System
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and training to entry level teammates
  • when necessary


Preferred Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with NACHA rules and regulations
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce andSharePoint
