Role Overview:

Demonstrates expertise in multiple vertical lines of business, business processes, internal systems/applications, software tools, and the customers' business, and demonstrates successful customer relationship skills. Leads projects related to, but not limited to, new lines of business, business process improvement, risk reduction, cost savings initiatives, and best practice identification; may also be delegated special work assignments. Performs leadership functions throughout the project lifecycle, which includes resource management, work delegation, prioritization of work, etc. Develops and leads the implementation of innovative solutions to complex business and operational problems or opportunities. Collaborates with management to discuss and negotiate internal business and customer project initiatives and prioritization; presents business justifications, cost benefit analysis, etc. Analyzes and documents current systems, required functionality, and gaps; current and end-state business processes; business requirements and user stories, including recommendations to alternate solutions to business problems; and communication and training strategies. Participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, fund setup/conversion, and post-implementation support phases of a project. Recognized within the organization as a functional expert with specialized depth and/or breadth of knowledge. Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations. Solves complex problems; identifies new solutions using a broad perspective and understanding. Leads large scale projects with substantial resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. May lead a project team with influence over contribution of others. Translates functional vision into plans and guides their execution

What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, implement and distribute executive reporting that is accurate and timely in support of executive initiatives that provides foundational information needed for decision making and investment decisions
  • Provide financial analysis that supports decision making in support of product development, product investment and vendor decisions for the leadership team
  • Support profitability analysis across multiple lines of business and synthesize materials in a manner that enables leaders to easily digest the information and drive to prompt decision making
  • Lead revenue assurance analytics across the business to reconcile contractual terms to billing
  • Lead productive meetings with cross-functional teams with the goal of driving the necessary action items and outputs to improve profitability and/or reduce expenses



What it takes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 5 years of work-related experience; or
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 3 years of work-related experience
