About the Intuit Business Operations Team:

We are a small, focused team with a learning and experimentation mindset working to make Intuit the best-run platform company in the world. The improvements we drive as a team touch every aspect of Intuit's structure, processes and business model and will fuel investment in Intuit's growth priorities.

Last year, the team's mandate expanded to help Finance run as a world-class function. This includes building world-class platform capabilities within Finance and directly supporting the change agenda of Intuit's CFO.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Finance and Intuit more broadly and is viewed as a team player. Intuit Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:

  • Strong academic record required. MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred; Or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
  • Skilled at building relationships (senior leaders across Finance and a broader organization) to drive organizational priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains.
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large.
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense.
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Finance domain expertise preferred.



How you will lead

As a Finance Business Operations Senior Manager, you will drive outcomes with speed, empower us to drive change with excellence, and enhance our ability to scale Finance's impact across Intuit.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with Finance Senior Leaders to drive priorities that will transform Finance into a world-class platform team.
  • Learn from internal and external best practices, and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across the company.
  • Forge relationships with senior leaders from within and beyond Finance.


The role is the perfect platform to learn about many aspects of Intuit's businesses and a great accelerator for a high-impact career.

  • Drive and manage major Finance priorities and programs at scale, including our Talent Strategy, by using a structured approach to simplify complex problems, establishing accountability, developing creative and innovative data-backed solutions, and removing roadblocks.
  • Develop and execute thoughtful change management and communications plans, in collaboration with our communications lead, to drive adoption of transformational changes to achieve our Talent Strategy and other priorities.
  • Contribute to key Finance Operating mechanisms to effectively manage the organization, provide visibility and drive engagement.
