Our clients look to us to do just that, and as a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you'll be at the heart of that goal. The Transfer Pricing Senior Manager role is highly collaborative and analytical. You will support our clients from a diverse range of industries and sectors in navigating a dynamic and complex global tax environment.

Your key responsibilities

You'll be heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle, making this a high-profile opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and diversify your skills and experience. You'll be able to manage client engagements from start to finish. This includes, assisting clients with transfer pricing related controversy work in all phases of the administrative tax dispute resolution process. You'll work with EY's National Tax Department team on resolving the most complex transfer pricing matters through IRS appeals, competent authority, APAs, or other administrative dispute resolution processes.

Skills and attributes for success
• Building strategic and trusting relationships with business leaders by thinking broadly and globally, as well as generating innovative, future oriented solutions
• Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits or other administrative dispute resolution forums
• Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
• Supplying innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas alongside response services and work products
• Coordinating work with other client service colleagues globally to drive collaboration
• Identifying business development transfer pricing opportunities that will bring value to our clients and grow our business, as well motivating your team to perform their best while providing mentorship and guidance, allowing them to reach their full potential.

To qualify for the role you must have
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management or another relevant discipline
• A master's in taxation, law degree, CPA, or chartered financial analyst (CFA)
• A minimum of seven years of related work experience in professional services or professional tax organization, with specific experience in transfer pricing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent legal researching skills in the federal and international tax areas
• Ability to work at a fast pace on multiple assignments and manage time deadlines
• Good judgment, responsiveness and perseverance

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position in Denver, CO is: $136,800 - $233,300
The salary range for this position in Las Vegas NV is: $136,800 - $233,300
The salary range for this position in Hartford, CT is: $144,000 - $279,400
The salary range for this position in Stamford, CT is: $165,600 - $321,400
