Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join the Americas Flexible Workspace Team. In this position, you will be supporting core business analysis and metrics for our accounts, clients, and JLL's wider business units.

The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, both verbal and written, who is organized with effective time management skills and demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner and work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

  • Financial modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data
  • Provide analytical support to transform behaviors and techniques
  • Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
  • Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

Reporting

  • Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and client-ready documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity

Business Partnering

  • Provide financial support for functional Platform areas, such as Marketing, Sourcing, Sales, and other groups
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting efforts for the respective areas, as well as managing monthly financial reporting and articulating results to leaders
  • Perform variance analysis and lead Close process for respective areas
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support on an as-needed basis

Forecasting/Budgeting

  • Lead in the development of Budget and Forecast best practices, including training, timelining, and coordination of key groups across the Flex team and Finance
  • Key contributor in developing submissions for respective areas supported, in partnership with business and team members

Teamwork

  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools.
  • Use team SharePoint site for data collection, reporting and communication.
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service with client contacts and internal team.
  • Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong financial/analytical and organization skills
  • Experience in Software Tools: MS office + advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with VBA, SQL and Tableau a bonus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment
