The successful candidate must have a firm understanding of financial principles and demonstrate application through hands on experience. The candidate must ensure successful execution of the program through metrics including: baseline generation, cost and schedule maintenance, Estimate at Complete (EAC) generation, proactive data analysis, metrics data review and variance analysis and reporting. The candidate must be able to develop solutions using a high degree of creativity, ingenuity and innovation in a fast-paced environment and interpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies, Procedures and Program Management Best Practices. Duties include but not limited to: provide weekly cost and schedule reporting and analysis, development of time-phased budgets and schedules, utilization of standard company tools and in compliance with standard processes, development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), support to forecasting and analysis of financial planning metrics (labor & material cost & profit & cash), monitor manpower on a weekly basis ensuring efforts are charged to the correct end objective, measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, and provide ad hoc analysis to integrated product team (status, graphs, analysis, etc.) to support internal reporting. Provide funding forecast to internal/external customers. Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies.

Typically Required Skills:• Minimum 2 years of related experience• Understanding and application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standard knowledge of industry practices• Proactive, creative and innovative in solving problems and issues• Ability to plan and manage daily tasks, analyze, provide results and recommend solutions to management• Excellent personal computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, independently, as well as part of a multi-functional team.• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Desired Skills:• Experience with SAP APEX Earned Value and PMX Experience in interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc.) in program development and execution• Earned value analysis (SPI/CPI/TCPI/IEAC/VAR)

Required Education (including Major):• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $63,000 to $150,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
