WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Senior Director, Global Technology Finance with a track record of building engaged and high-performance teams! You will have a demonstrated history of getting things done in sophisticated operating environments, with the ability to influence others, implement meaningful change and standardize processes in service of Nike Inc's Digital Transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will develop a strategic roadmap for investments in Nike Inc's Digital Transformation, providing financial thought leadership across a diverse portfolio of Global Technology domains. You will participate in high-priority business and technology projects and initiatives, advising the executive leadership on prospective investments based on a thorough analytical framework, including market analysis, competitive reviews, and financial feasibility. You will also lead a global team of Finance talent that enables Nike's technology organization and catalyzes long-term value for Nike.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an experienced leader with strong interpersonal skills that allow them to connect with a diverse set of collaborators and can deliver results in ambiguous situations using financial insights. We are also looking for a strategic thinker who can take complex financials and break them down into simplified storylines connected to investment capabilities.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner extensively with Nike's Technology leaders in Nike Inc.'s World Headquarters and across our Global Technology Centers in India, China, Poland and the United States. You will also work closely with finance counterparts within Global Technology and Global Business Planning functions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology or related fields. Advanced Degree/MBA is a plus or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Technology Finance, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Planning, or Strategic Planning;
• Demonstrated global leadership ability and understanding/application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, and cross-team effectiveness;
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities;
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Nike brand!
