Aravo is seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role reports to the Director of Finance Operations, under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to manage time and balance responsibilities in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. The main objective of this role will be to support our sales and professional services teams in our quote to cash processes to ensure deals align with our strategic business goals and best-in-class delivery.

Duties:

  • Use analytics and reporting solutions to partner with leadership in providing actionable insights to help financial operations run more effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to drive productivity within the financial operations department
  • Collect and utilize business data from various sources (Salesforce, Financial Force, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain data and resource models to analyze strategic business decisions
  • Perform detailed analysis to deliver accurate and timely views of performance
  • Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, trends, and patterns
  • Work with the financial ops and revenue teams to create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of existing tools and processes
  • Provide on-going support for the financial ops and revenue teams



Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Operations analysis, or similar field
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically to solve problems and provide insight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Experience developing and analyzing reports (SQL experience a plus)
  • Experience working in the SaaS/Technology industry highly preferred
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, and BI tools highly desired
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines successfully
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
