We are looking for a Manager - Capital Markets who will be responsible for leading all the financing aspects for our fintech solutions. Position requires individuals to play an active role in negotiating new facilities with a variety of external financial institutions, advisors, and investors as well as ongoing monitoring of the facilities once in place. This person will partner in bringing new products to life, from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all financing activities associated with fintech products including but not limited to negotiating commercial points, reviewing documentation, and driving fast & smooth execution of facilities
• Negotiation/re-negotiation of contracts to enhance our position via better terms, lower costs, higher portfolio advance rates or simplified execution
• Own closing new facilities and/or amendments on time
• Create optimal financing structures with the goal of minimizing interest expense and maximizing ROIC
• Evaluate new fintech opportunities and figure out how to enable the business to make them a reality
• Be responsible for compliance/covenant communication with counterparties with regard to all Company covenants/reps and warranties
• Responsible for portfolio management and ongoing daily operations of complex credit facility critical to firm’s financial infrastructure
• Monitor and oversee company financings, once in place
• Prepare board materials as needed to communicate 

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience managing capital markets for a large retail mortgage lending operation
• 5+ years of experience in leadership position preferred
• Knowledge of the capital markets landscape, with a strong network in the funding sources
• Deep understanding of mortgage pricing structures, execution methods, and interest rate risk management
• Good understanding of mortgage servicing rights 
• Strong negotiation and excellent presentation skills
• Experience with reading, interpreting, and understanding financial documents
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
• Interest in improving the complex, emotional process of buying and selling a home and making it the exciting milestone in people’s lives that it deserves to be
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail
