As the Head of Finance (Director) at SkyPoint, you will play an instrumental role in setting the strategy of the company.

You will own all things finance – from AR and AP to our five-year strategic plan and everything in between. You will have a front-row seat to additional capital raises, board meetings, and other major milestones of building a business.

· Manage & grow finance team, reporting directly to the CEO

· Lead the financial planning & forecasting process in partnership with the leadership team

· Own long-term operating model, regularly reporting out to leadership on how we’re progressing versus our targets

Oversee all aspects of finance, including:

· Market Analysis and Financial Planning

· Accounting

· AR, AP, Payroll, etc.

· Equity and ESOP administration

· Balance sheet management

· Budgeting by department

· Tax filings & registrations

· Partner with the Sales team to develop and maintain a seamless and automated billing & invoicing process

· Plan strategically for the future of the finance team at SkyPoint, making sure we stay ahead of audit needs, etc.

Skills & Experience Required:

· 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP,&A or a related function

· Strong process/project management skills – you pay rigorous attention to detail, stay on top of timelines, and manage stakeholders effectively.

· Deep understanding & knowledge of SaaS financial metrics high-growth growth business

· Expertise in financial planning, reporting, and forecasting

· Excellent financial modeling & analysis skills

· Great communicator

· Expert in Excel, proficient in Quickbooks Online and Stripe.
