Global Equity Lead

What You'll Do for Us
- Providing oversight of tax withholding analyses and equity transaction reporting to ensure compliance of equity-related financial transactions with Company tax policies, Equity Plan rules and global tax and reporting standards.
- Managing Global Equity's role in the equity award process, including reviewing award materials, loading validated grant and vesting records to the equity administration platform, reconciling awards, mapping award agreements, and tracking award acceptances.
- Supervising the annual payout of Performance Share Unit and Restricted Stock Unit awards, collaborating with cross-functional partners and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the end-to-end process.
- Providing consultation and guidance related to equity transactions, performance of post settlement corrections, and participant and stakeholder requests.
- Overseeing the completion of monthly Available & Outstanding reports, compilation of information for Proxy Exhibits related to Equity compensation, and reconciliation of Equity data with Benefits Accounting.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in equity compensation administration, tax, accounting, or similar discipline preferred
- Designation as a Certified Equity Professional or a Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
- Experience working with a variety of stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferred
- Ability to research and convert findings into specific actionable recommendations
