Summary

The FP&A Sr. Analyst / Manager will build financial strategies and reports to assist the company with improving the overall financial health and the ability to meet long-term goals.

Essential Job Functions
⦁ Supports budgeting and forecasting, monthly and quarterly business review processes, board materials, and other financial analyses in partnership with other departments.
⦁ Works closely with external investors on updating asset-based models, monthly draw requests, and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
⦁ Works closely with Sales leadership to build monthly reporting package and discuss trends and strategies.
⦁ Improves and automates processes to support company's growth.
⦁ Conducts monthly budget-to-actual meetings with key stakeholders to control spend and analyze trends.
⦁ Manages the company’s financial reporting package including P&L analysis, MD&A, and account level review by department.
⦁ Partners with the Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
⦁ Automates and analyzes key company KPIs.
⦁ Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred.
⦁ 5-7 years of progressively responsible finance and operational experience.
⦁ Previous experience or working knowledge of Investment Tax Credit funds and fund structures
⦁ Demonstrated ability to create and implement financial controls, operating plans, budgets and projections,
⦁ Strong model development and spreadsheet skills

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move oception and ability to adjust focus.
