Financial Analyst - Sales Commission (FIN-INCR-01192022-002)

Introduction:

Perform monthly commissions attainment calculations for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions sales and services employees in the Americas, Middle East and Turkey (MEAT), and Asia Pacific. Responsible for communicating monthly results with Sales and Finance leadership, as well as responding to individual sales representatives' queries. Coordinate commissions payments with Payroll. Serve as the Finance point of contact for all HR inquiries of plan structure. Perform monthly commissions accruals and work with Finance Expense Analyst to ensure proper reporting and forecasting of commissions expense. Semi-annually work with Sales Operations to deploy quotas. Analyze monthly results to ensure proper functioning of sales incentive compensation plans and recommend necessary changes.

Responsibilities:

• With the use of Oracle Incentive Compensation, analyst will perform monthly attainment calculations to determine sales reps' attainment versus quota and resulting incentive payments.
• Communicate attainment results with sales reps by way of automated Oracle reporting and email communication.
• Present PowerPoint presentations containing attainment results and analysis of those results to executives on a monthly basis.
• Using revenue forecasts, provide a forecast of commissions expense to the Finance Expense Analyst.
• Work with HR/Sales to ensure salary proposals for sales reps are in line with approved plan designs
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of payroll, financial analyst, or sales incentive experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong Oracle skills: Configuration of modules, running reports and data lookup
• Strong Excel skills including complex formulas and macros
• Presentation skills and creation of PowerPoint decks for executives
