Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst role is an entry level role on the Americas Finance team supporting the Risk and Compliance line of business

Finance Responsibilities include:

• Assist in driving Financial Budgeting and Forecasting practices
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and assist in production of Management Reporting
• Perform Financial Analysis and identify Business Drivers impacts
• Take a "deep dive" into the data and infrastructure behind the scenes - understand the foundational data that drives our processes and reporting
• Own Accrual Accounting month-end close processes including preparation of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in managing Cost Allocation methodologies
• Work as a team to continually enhance, simplify, and automate processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• This is an entry level role, however Banking or Finance experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookups is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
