Financial Analyst, Americas Region

We are hiring for a Full-Time Financial Analyst, Americas Region at our downtown campus.

About the Role:

In this role you will follow established guidelines tocomplete financial/management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to supportthe sales and operation of Americas region as well as needs raised by theMarket Presidents, and Corporate CFO. In this role, you will be a part of atalented Data Analytics, Market Analytics and FP&A team. This position willreport to the America/Pacific's Head of Financial Planning &Analysis.

What you'll do:

• Complete daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and expense forecasting
• Prepare useful reports for management
• Prepare distributor metric analysis
• Prepare pricing analysis
• Business Case analysis and Project ROI's
• Partner with business to build efficiencies

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance emphasis is strongly preferred
• Experience building annual budgets and forecasts
• Experience using creativity to identify problems and see solutions to fruition
• Understanding of pricing and promotions and their impact on profitability
• Ability to design and build dashboards and management reports
• Ability to read and understand financial reports and forecasting models
• Experience with Essbase, data cubes, and/or other OLAP tools preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn ERP systems
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well under timelines and pressure
