The Challenge
This role is part of new Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team directly supporting the CFO and executive team. The FP&A team will 1) explain the drivers of business performance to senior leadership; 2) create annual and long-range strategic plans to inform financial targets; 3) build innovative dashboards that offer insights on risks and opportunities; and 4) partner with operational and sales teams on special initiatives.
Your Mission
- Lead the month-end close and planning process
- Create forecast models that integrate historical data and business strategy
- Leverage SQL to deep dive operational data and build automated dashboards
- Advise operational and sales leaders on the financial impacts of growth initiatives
- Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
You Are

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity
- A proven track record of delivering results and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Communication skills to engage cross-functional and cross-border teams
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills that impacted your organization
- Strong business acumen and structured thinking
