We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Valuation & Advisory Services National Healthcare Practice team.

Our Valuation & Advisory Services platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate, reliable and prompt valuations. We provide sound advice, no matter the size of a property, complexity of a project, or industry focus. Our professionals offer a full range of expertise, including counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, balance sheet reporting, dispute resolutions and IPO listings.

Ideal candidates include professionals with three or more years of commercial real estate appraisal and advisory experience looking to expand their career in a fast pace and collaborative environment, with a focus on healthcare real estate. The successful candidate will successfully complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments which may include estimation of cash flow, discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.

Responsibilities include:
  • Liaison with clients and team leadership to managing workflow to ensure top quality and consistency in our client deliverables
  • Research & analyzing market data to develop key market inferences
  • Cashflow modeling for the development of market valuations

Requirements:
  • Certified General Appraiser License is preferred, but not required
  • Three or more years of real estate valuation experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise & Microsoft Office applications
  • Background or education in commercial real estate, or economics is preferred
  • Four-year degree from accredited university; masters or advanced degree is a benefit
  • Strong analytical, communication & writing skills
  • Highly motivated and organized, self-starter, team player with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to professional growth and development
