About the Team: 

The Finance function at Okcoin is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, platform operations, customer support assistance, financial reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to drive the overall growth of the business. 

About the Opportunity: 

The successful candidate will have prior accounts payable experience. You will work closely with all functional areas while facilitating the expense management and accounts payable processes. Should feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, initiate changes and improvements to our accounts payable functions with the end goal of providing excellent support to all the functional teams across the Company. 

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow and improve on our payments operations capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the expense management process for all functional teams.
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment
• Process expense reports on a regular basis
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Audit and process credit card bills and expense reimbursement requests
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Perform various administrative functions for the executive team

What We Look For In You:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance setting
• Knowledge of the general accounts payable process
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Degree in Finance, Business Admin, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
• Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange! 
• Curious about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
