The International Potato Center (CIP) is looking for one
a Finance Treasury Specialist to provide support to the Finance Department in
Lima, Peru.
About the position: The Finance Treasury Specialist will be responsible
for performing a wide range of financial transactions, data analyses, and the
preparation of reports to support the treasury processes. The role requires a
strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and internal
controls to ensure compliance with institutional and donor requirements.
The selected candidate
will report directly to the Senior Corporate Controller and will
work in close coordination with various stakeholders within the Finance
Department to maintain the integrity and efficiency of treasury-related
activities.
This position will be based
at CIP Headquarters in Lima, Peru.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economy, finance or
related field of study.
- Proven experience in treasury management, including
liquidity planning, banking relations, and financial reporting in a
multinational or donor-funded organization.
- Proven experience in ensuring compliance with internal
financial controls and donor-specific treasury requirements.

pressure and meet deadlines.
Specialization:
· Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity
management, and financial risk mitigation.
· Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
standards related to treasury operations.
· Languages:
o Fluency in the
official language of the country location
o Advanced proficiency in
English
