About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, independent Finance Treasury Coordinator for a full-time temporary position, for the maternity leave replacement, to join our team in Tel Aviv as part of the global finance group.

As member of our team, you will help manage multiple accounting aspects of the company, working with the local company team and other colleagues globally. You will support new financial systems and process implementations and be part of contributing the finance department in meeting publicly traded company standards.

You Will:

  • Supporting the reconciliation process for all the company’s accounts, including investigating, and solving any discrepancies found.

  • Supervise and manage the company’s operational cash flow on a daily basis according to the activity requirements and volumes. Ensuring our cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively

  • Prepare and review the cash balance report on a daily basis, including reporting to management and other stakeholders in the company.

  • Performing SOX controls for the entire Cash and Reconciliation process, ensuring all the controls are documented properly.

  • Maintaining relationships with the banks, exchanges, and other financials partners, including bank account opening, negotiation on financial terms and onboarding new financial partners

You Have:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role such as finance operation, treasury, banking etc. in relevant industry i.e. fintech company, banks, capital market etc.

  • Knowledge in various fields in the financial industry, such as banking, cashflow management, foreign currency exchanges, financial markets, etc.

  • Strong analytical abilities, problem solving and hands on.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Advantage: experience of working with financials systems and BI tools.

  • Must have ability to multitask and self motivation and as a member of a group.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have:

  • BA in economics, accounting, or other relevant field
