As a Finance Data Transformation Analyst (Mid Level) at EBANX, your mission will be to work on strategic transformation initiatives, leveraging data, automation, and AI-based solutions to optimize financial processes, enhance information quality, and generate measurable business impact.

You will play a technical and analytical reference role, connecting Finance, Data, and Technology teams from ideation through implementation and scaling of solutions.

Main requirements for this position:

• Support financial transformation initiatives through the execution of automation, analytics, and AI projects, contributing to the optimization of critical financial processes;
• Implement and support the integration of AI-driven and automation solutions to improve data quality, support decision-making, and generate business value;
• Participate in the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives (requirements gathering, solution design support, implementation, and results tracking), under the guidance of senior analysts or team leadership;
• Contribute as a technical or functional focal point in specific analytical projects and products, helping organize demands, engage stakeholders, and align with team objectives;
• Collaborate closely with business areas, Data, and IT to ensure solution integration and avoid duplication of efforts;
• Translate business problems into analytical and technical requirements, performing exploratory analyses to support decision-making;
• Use databases, SQL, and analytical tools to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data with quality and consistency;
• Develop analytical solutions and automations with moderate autonomy, following technical, architectural, and best-practice guidelines;
• Support research, testing, and proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools, methods, or analytical approaches;
• Communicate analyses, results, and insights clearly to diverse audiences, fostering a data-driven culture;
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, organization, and adaptability in an environment with multiple demands and priorities;
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, and support for business areas in the use of analytical tools;
• Show a proactive attitude in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and analyses;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (advanced English required)

• Knowledge of or interest in understanding the company’s business model;
• Familiarity with financial processes and concepts;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of applied statistics, analytical models, and/or AI solutions (e.g., simple predictive analyses, automations, basic anomaly detection, or early applications of generative AI);
• Previous experience applying data analysis to support business decisions;
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• A collaborative, organized, curious profile with a continuous learning mindset;
• Ability to develop solutions in compliance with security, architectural, and compliance standards, with support when needed.
